One of the social responsibility of any organization is to provide opportunity to young and semi-skilled persons to develop and master new concepts and techniques that will help them to be successful in their future life. The skill can be a hard skill like "learning a new software", "building house", "championing sports", "pursuing handicraft", etc. or a soft skill like "learning communication techniques", "time management", "interacting with people", etc.
